HEDGE, Ghana is a Ghanaian owned and managed development  organization working at both the policy and implementation levels to ultimately impact equitable community centered and driven development.

The key strength of our organization is the multidisciplinary skills base of staff, both technical and administrative. Our policy of developing the next generation of social development professionals through training of university students and graduates has given us a strong database of research assistants to recruit from when needed for short term assignments.

Over the 8 years of our operations, our clients and partners have included governmental ministries, agencies and departments, private sector organizations, local government authorities, communities, international and local non-profit organizations as  as well as individuals wanting to make a change.
